These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Livra, a product operated by SOVO sp. z o.o. By using Livra, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Livra provides AI-powered tools for persona creation, content generation, and optional social media publishing workflows. We may modify features, integrations, or availability over time.
You agree not to use Livra in a way that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or harmful. In particular, you must not use Livra to violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform policies of third-party services.
You are responsible for prompts, source materials, and content you upload or publish using Livra. You represent that you have all required rights and permissions for such content.
Livra may generate content automatically. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before external publication, including factual accuracy, legal compliance, and brand suitability.
Livra may integrate with third-party services (for example, social media platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms.
The Livra service, software, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of SOVO sp. z o.o. or its licensors.
Certain features may require paid access or credits. We may update pricing, plans, or credit rules. Any such changes will be reflected in the product or applicable order terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to Livra if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or if required to protect service security and integrity.
Livra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, SOVO sp. z o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Poland.
